Chicago-based dec8de (pronounced: decade) pays homage to the first wave of Alternative bands from the early 80’s through early 90’s, drawing inspiration from bands that helped define the genres known as ‘Alternative’, ‘New-Wave’ and ‘Brit-Pop’ music.
dec8de plays a versatile array of classic alternative favorites from The Clash, Billy Idol, The Cult, The Cure, INXS, New Order ,Depeche Mode, R.E.M., Duran Duran, U2, Blur, Oasis, The Romantics, DEVO and many more.
